Be a stupid for becoming a manipulator

Well said hindi dialog "Ek se mohabbat karna beukubi hain, hajaro se mohabbat karna beimani hai" ( If one is in love with only one, he is a fool and if one is in love with many, he is unfaithful). Now, whatever it sounds, socially we pretend to be "beukub" that is we try to show that with are very happy with one, but from the core of our heart we want to be a "Beiman" that is we desire to involve in love making game with many. So, what new I am going to talk?

Actually, I find that this dialog has a very fantastic relation with various aspects of our life. Be it success in life, business, adventure, etc. Until and unless one is able to win the heart of one, he can never win the heart of many. So, to be a good "beiman" (manipulator) that is to be able to play with many heart, one has to be "Beukub" (Fool) first. Similarly, for becoming successful in life, business or in veture, one has to be "Beukub" (passionate student first) so that later on he can manipulate with the situation. But, ironically, no one wants to be "Beukub" 9Stupid) at any point of life and wants to be "Beiman" (manipulator). As a result, they cant be either or. We can explain this in the following way. what percentage of population actually study anything concerned to them. Actually a very few percentage of population honestly study the facts that is they become "Beukub" for the time being and in the long run can manipulate with the situation. On the other hand, one who does not read the facts as he thinks that it is against his intelligence to read the facts like a "Beukub", can't become a manipulator. It is true for all phases of life. Only those students, Businessmen, entrepreneurs, Players, etc can become perfect manipulator in future who had been a "Beukub" at some point of time in respective phases of life. We may find that millions of books, articles, journals, reports, etc. which are being published, are being actually read by very few "beukubs" and ultimately only those beukubs can manipulate with the situations. Take the example of one burning issue "Five point some one" by Chetan Bhagat and the movie 'Three Idiots". Till date I did not find anyone (Amir Khan, Arindam Chaudhuri, any renowned reporte, etc.) who are coming with their valuable suggestions in this issue, did not read the book of Chetan Bhagat before the issue cropped up. My question is -if the famous personalities who often advise people to read good books for better knowledge and wisdom, do not at all find time to read such a blockbuster Book then who read those? Once again it is only few 'Beukubs" who will come up with actual opinion in this regard.

How to make "All is Well"

At the outset I convey my thanks form the bottom of my heart to Gaurav, KA Iyer, Kirubakaran, Saket Ranjen, Suren, Deepa Bose, Virdi, Sujitda, Kash and Abhishekh Mukherjee for joining my blog as followers.

Before I publish the Scientific Love Triangle theory of happiness in all situation by Prof. Manchanda, I need to address Abhishekh who has given me a vary valuable suggestion on 'All is Well'. He said, "there is a very thin line between All is Well and All is Hell'. As per him, the thin line is nothing but ego. He further said,"If anyone can get rid of Ego then only he can say all is well in any undesirable situation also, but if any one has Ego problem then all will be hell".

But, does Ego the only factor making All is well or All is hell? Before coming to any conclusion, I would request Abhishekh to examine the following aspects also. Yes, it is a fact that Ego plays a very important role in making situation either 'All is Well' or 'All is hell' as we see in case of shadow boxing between Chetan Bhagat and Amir Khan, Vidhu Vinod Chopra & Rajkumar Hirani or fighting between Ambani brothers. Suppose few boys plan to play cricket in the afternoon and suddenly there is rain in the afternoon. The boys will feel the situation like a hell, but does Ego of the boys' play any role in making the situation hell? obviously not. Further, when we loss any of our dearest one, we feel whole world like a hell and try to ransack everything. Does Ego play an important role in making the situation hell? No. Because, in that case we become unhappy due to breaking apart of our dream. At the time of planning for plying cricket in the afternoon the boys dream t of about the pleasure of playing the cricket and when due to rain their dream falls apart, they become unhappy, as the in case of loosing dearest one.

So, after searching all round for the causes which can make anyone unhappy in case of any untoward situation, I find that whatever may the reasons we need to be happy in all situation and for that we need to practice for developing the feeling "All is Well". "But, how we can develop the feeling or how we can practice?", Ravi(my classmate as well as roommate at IIPM) asked me. He said, "If we are able to be happy in any situation we will become God. Is not it, Dada?" I replied,"No, you don't require to become God for this. Yes, you need to be a non-Hypocrite that is what you belief you say and than you try to change the belief for yourself first and then tell the whole world regarding the belief. But, usually we see the opposite that is we don't belief in any particular principle or not able to follow particular principle and still give lectures to others to follow or practice the principle, as we see in case of Chetan Bhagat, Amir Khan, Vidhu Vinod Choper and Rajkumar Hirani over 3 Idiots issue. All of them believe in those pretty things which are being aspired by the very funny character Chatur and none of them are in a position to follow the principles of Rancho, as shown in the film 3 idiots. Still, though the movie they tried convey the principles to the common people. So, my request to all is to be non-Hypocrite first and then practice the Love Triangle Theory of Prof. Manchanda to develop the belief of being happy in all situation so that one day we can truly say All is Well.

Love Triangle Theory of Prof. Manchanda.
As per Prof. Manchanda there is a beautiful triangle of Belief, Subconscious mind and conscious mind. He explains these three things as Engine of a train, Wrecks of a train and passengers of a train. He further explains that in addition to Engine of a train, we can compare our Conscious mind as micro processor of a computer and in addition to wrecks of a train, we can consider our Subconscious mind as hard disc of a computer. And in addition to passengers of a train, we can compare our belief as printed copy or soft copy.

He explains these equations in the following ways-

Conscious Mind- It is only 10% of our mind but it drives the activities of entire mind, like and engine or the processor.

Sub-conscious Mind- It is the 90% of our mind and stores everything programmed by conscious mind just like Hard Disc of a computer or wrecks of train.

Belief- It is the outcome of joint functioning of conscious and subconscious mind like hard disc and processor of a computer to produce any hard copy or soft copy or like an engine and wrecks of a train to help to reach the passenger to their destinations.

Fine. But, what is the relation between happiness with these things or how we can practice to be happy in all situation with the help of love triangle?

On this count Prof. Manchada explains how a particular belief is developed. He says from the birth of death of an individual, whatever have been the realizations, contemplations, observations and longings of the conscious mind are being stored in the subconscious mind and when on any particular issue both subconscious and conscious mind synchronize absolutely a particular belief is developed and anything that hurts or try to change our belief we become unhappy. Like in the case of planning cricket by the boys who at the time of planning by the conscious mind dream about the joyful moments and pleasures and the same are being stored in the subconscious mind. They don't plan for other things for that time as they don't belief that anything could stop them playing. Now, when, due to rain, their such dream is not fulfilled, their conscious mind instead of driving the subconscious mind, is being guided by subconscious mind and condition of their belief became like a passenger where there is not proper co-ordination between engine and wrecks. And, like such passenger, they become unhappy.

His prescription towards overcoming such unhappy situation is dreaming. He says, what for we dream, especially sweet dream? For better or even good things. Whenever we dream we dream only for good one and if anything bad came to our mind, we try to forget it as nightmare. So we become so dependable about the good results/ outcome or on the the existence of any particular thing that we can't believe or even try to believe the about the undesired results/ outcome or non-existence of a particular thing. He says we must dream that ten years from now I will be as successful like Shah Rukh Khan, having all sorts of pleasure, fun, name, fame so on and so forth. But, we must also dream about the non happening such thing or even happening of any worse thing with our conscious mind and automatically our subconscious mind will store it. And, in real time whatever is happened there will be perfect coordination between Engine and wrecks and we will be able to say All is Well.
I would like to conclude with attachment of one video clip from "love aj kal". Her you can see that deepka is dreaming that one day Saif Ali Khan will realize her importance and will come back to here and they will happily live there after. Now, if we only dream about that only in the event of non realizing her importance by Saif Ali Khan, her life would have been a miserable one. But, I don't think so, as Dipika used the word "agar usko samaj Aye to" (if he at all feel), means she is ready to face the other part also. So, she may not be delighted but at the same time will not be so frustrated that she will think how she will live alone. Though for the sake of happy ending of the film, Saif Ali Khan came, but in real life that chances are very low. So dream about all possible consequences/ results/ happening, to make yourself confident enough, obviously not like a hypocrite, to say All is Well.

Difference between pretension and reality

You may be thinking whatzit? Actually today I was supposed to post the Scientific Love Triangle theory of Prof. Manchanda, but due some interesting facts that I came across from today's daily and through two mails from two students of Executive MBA, IIPM, I thought to share these experiences with you.

Today, in Times of India there had been a news that there has been serious clash bewtween Chetan Bhagat (writer of 5 point someone) and three persons who made 3 idiots- Amir Khan, Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Rajkumar Hirani over such issues which have been shown very negatively in the film that is the funny things for which the bookish funny character (chatur) aspires throughout the life and ultimately found that those who never aspire for such things, ultimately became really happy in the life. In the film it was also shown that how Rancho ignores funny things like signing the 'Defet Statement' or handing over the most wonderful Pen, which was handed over to him by the Director of their institute, to chatur casually even not protesting chatur on the count that the pen is for the successful person like chatur.
The film is super hit creating many Box Office record. Going to create new dimensions towards vocation, vacation, education, Talent, Success, etc as created by Amir Khans "Tare Zamin Par".

Logically and socially we say that Success comes only when we pursue things honestly, sincerely and above all when we believe anything from the core of the heart.

Is not it? If yes, then please tell me why Chetan Bhagat, Amir Khan,Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Rajkumar Hirani are fighting for such things what they have shown in their film "3 idiots" as very funny things or subject matter for pleasure of Chatur not Ranchao(Vangru)? It means they are not able to practice the principals that they have tried to establish in the film. So, whatever they have tried to establish through their film are nothing but their Hippocratic approach meaning they are telling the people to watch the movie sincerely and if possible repeatedly for having real insights towards choosing a right profession, to strive for right kind of success and to avoid funny things, are actually trying to earn more money, name, fame and so on and so forth. So, in real sense they are fooling the people.

Crux of the fact is that one project can be successful even though the persons behind the project do not believe in the core concept of the project.

But my present discussion is not about the success of the film, concept of which I have tried to explain in my book (PATA NAHIN- The Enigma of Success", here I am to share that how difficult is to be really happy (All is Well) when things are not at all well that is difference between pretension and reality.

Because, when in reality Chetan Bhagat, Amir Khan, etc. found that one is not playing fair so far taking the credits of making such a Box Office hit Film, they can't say All is Well rather they start fighting each other publicly.

Now, coming to the second fact which was to receive two mails from two students of Executive MBA, IIPM. Actually, I was sending mails to all students of Executive MBA in order to seek their help towards promotion of my book as well as blog. I was doing that with a kind of authoritative attitude as all students baring one or two call me and respect(as seemed to me) me "Dada"- the elder brother.
Today, at about 2PM, my two brother,Arun and Rohit, who are also student of Executive MBA, IIPM and respect me like their father, rushed to my room and said, "Dada please check your mail, how bad comments have been mailed by two students in response to your mail regarding Pata Nahin". Accordingly I checked my inbox, gone through the said mails and realized that from the point of view of the senders, the are cent percent correct. I said them All is Well and immediately replied to the concerned students with apology. But my brothers were not happy, they thought that I am hiding my anger and pretending to be great. I said, Hay Ram! how can I prove that I am not pretending?' I further said, "Lets wait for the situation where my philosophy may face a real test". So, please post all your quires to test my philosophy "All is Well". Next day there will be Scientific love triangle theory of Prof Manchanda for practicing be happy for any situation.

All is well - 2010

I used to wish all - my friends, relatives, colleagues and well wishers a very happy new year. But, we do not know whether the year will be good or bad. Moreover, we can't assure anyone in this regard. It is only after the year is over, we can realize whether the same was good or dad for self as well for others. But whatever it might be we had to face it happily. So, I resolved to wish everyone by saying all is well.

So, All is well in 2010.

Just like, I have not received and comments towards "Happiness and Passion". I could only wish to have my blog flooded with comments, arguments and counter arguments, but in reality, not a single posting I have received. So, for me it is a very bad start of 2010 and I must be upset. No, not at all. As I have resolved that all is well in 2010, so this is well for me, may be for any future good result which at this moment I can't dream t of. So, I am very happy though I am very passionate about getting response in future.

Though I was very much sure about how one can change the equation - whole world rejoice and we cried to whole world cry and we rejoice, I was not very much sure about the way by which we can be very happy with the present situation and passionate for better future. And, suddenly, Prof. Rohit Manchanda explained me the scientific way of being happy with the present and passionate for the future - the love triangle of belief, conscious mind and subconscious mind.

Before I describe the Love Triangle theroy of Prof. Manchanda, let me explain how we can get rid off the 50% causes of our unhappiness only by following the principle of "Don't get unhappy with others who are lying". Actually, 50% times we are unhappy with our present situation because other do not tell the actual story/ fact. But, if we realize, as I have explained earlier, that 75% times some one lies only because of us and only 25% times for his own cause, which is not abuseable rather merciable. So, please practice to be happy with the present situation even if you know that your bad situation is due to damn lie of someone. Notice the word "Practice". Try to find the reason of using the word 'Practice" and if you have any suggestion please post it. otherwise, please check with the theory of "Love Triangl" of Prof. Manchamda towards practicing the ways to be happy with present situation.
All is Well

Happiness and passion

Thanks to all who find some time to post their valuable comments on "Nothing succeeds like success" which was posted on day one of this blog. They also wish success of my book "PATA NAHIN- the Enigma of Success".

Anyway, coming to Happiness and passion, in connection to the query that whether I will still be happy or not if ultimately I do not receive any response from any body towards my blog and my book "PATA NAHIN- the Enigma of Success" is not successful even is not published? My answer is Yes. As I have mentioned that whatever may be the situation, either desired or not, I am always happy with my present situation though I am extremely passionate about better tomorrow. So, any future date will be present situation on that very date and I will be happy for that present situation. You may be thinking I am acting like a Hippocrates or I must be god or I am pretending to be great. On this count I would like to mention that I belong to that category of population who know that they know nothing. Actually, I always try to view some common aspects of life from a very simple perspective. I would like to share one of such things with you.

One of the very common cause of our unhappiness is when anyone lies. We attribute the word unfaithfulness for such liers as we think their lies may put us in aukoward situations or can cause irrepireable losses to us. But, I would like to put this in a different way.
Why any one lies?
a) out of fear that is fear of power (possibility of being punished in the event of telling the undesired truth) or fear of loosing love (we may lost our beloved one in the event of telling hard reality) or fear of loosing respect.
b) To hide the difference between reality and desirability that is if anyone desires his situations(may be one's family status/job profile/etc) to be such that it is vastly diffent from his actual situations.
c) To make any situation or fact more attractive, reliable, etc. to others.

So, out of above mention three reasons, for a) and C) the lier is concerned about others position that is to whom he is complled to lie must be powerful than him or must be his beloved one or one who respects him or to make others happy with the lie. In case of b) one lies for his own selfish cause. But, here also, if we go to the root cause of his telling lie we can realize that how poor cahp he is and we should mercy him.

Pleas try to find out some counter argumants in this regard and post your arguments before I come to any conclusion.

How to be happy with the present and passionate for better future?

Best example may be my blog. Yesterday I invited suggestions from you all in this regard. After creating this blog, I took all possible steps to make my blog popular before publication of my book. Further, being successful in service and social life, I was assured by all my well wishers that they will extend all possible support to make my blog very popular before release of my book. Furthermore, some of my friends assured me that my blog will be flooded with comments. But, ironically, not a single postings as off now. So, I must be unhappy with the present and must abuse my friends for making bull sheet commitments. No, I am absolutely happy with present situation as I know that the 'proper timing' as mentioned by Bollywood play back singer, Abhijeet, in his interview with me (the same interview has been produced in the book), has not yet come. Further, despite being very sincere and serious of their commitments, my friends and well wishers have not been able to post even their own comments may be because of "Proper Timing". So, in spite being frustrated and unhappy, I am very happy with the present situation and more passionately waiting for the 'proper Timing'. I know, you may ask that, despite my all attempts, if the so called "Proper Timing" does not at all come, will I still be happy? I will explain this tomorrow till then more passionately waiting for posts this time.

What do we want in life?

May be any or all of the followings-Name, Fame, Power, Position, Money, Wealth or as a whole success, good family and social life, doing something for the betterment of society, doing something remarkable and so on and so forth....

Actually, from birth to death, we try hard to make a simple change in one equation-
When we were born, we cried and the whole world rejoiced.
When we will die, we rejoice and the whole world cries.

But, ironically, in more then 98% cases-
When we die, once again only we cry and the whole world rejoice. So, basically there has been no change in equation.

So, question comes, how we can change the equation?
It is possible only by following a simple philosophy- be absolutely happy for the present situation and be absolutely passionate for better future.

But, ironically, despite all sorts of educations, more than 98% population are absolutely unhappy with the present situation and do not have passion for better future.

It can be explained by the following example-
Generally we find that any person having very low profile job did not disclose his actual designation to his relatives/ friends and always try to make some ambiguity in this regard. Why does he do this? Actually he is not happy with his low ranked job. On the contrary, he is not at all passionate for better job, which, he thinks, may suit his social position. Because, he thinks he will get the better job by any means or it is the responsibility of others to get him a better job. If he does not get the better job as per his choice, he blames others dishonesty, malpractice, etc. So, at the end of his life there will be no change in the equation.

Then how it is possible to follow the theory- be happy with present and be passionate for future?

Please post your suggestions and check it with my realizations.
